The latest collaborative sneaker created by Kanghyuk and Reebok special projects, this blacked out Premier Modern is a continuation of Reebok's Premier Running line, which has been pushing high performance footwear since its inception in 2005. The upper layers a 3D molded plastic cage, oblong protruding foam panels, and semitransparent meshto create a strikingmix of textures that reads industrial and super-futuristic. The geometry itself is bold, sweeping, and dynamic, an abstracted contemporary take on the reebok logo and up close, theformlooks morevehicular than anything else with its interlocking layered plastic lines framing mesh grills and sole treads ridged like tires. Despite the shoe being an all black trainer, there is no shortage of visual and textural interest. All the detailswork together excellently to create an amazingly forward and aggressive sneaker.
